Shipping Cost
We ship worldwide, allowing customers from across the globe to enjoy our products. Free shipping is available on eligible orders.
Shipping fees for other orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped. This includes:
- Returned orders
- Refused deliveries
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
If an order is refunded, only the item price will be refunded, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

United States: 7-10 business days
Europe: 6-10 business days
Australia: 6-10 business days
New Zealand: 7-14 business days
United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
Canada: 5-12 business days
Asia: 5-10 business days
Rest of world - 9-21 business days
Hawaii, Guam and Remote Areas may take longer ~20 business days.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues may impact delivery times.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address, item size, color, or any other order details after placing your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes are not possible for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
Incorrect Address
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. In some cases, we may coordinate with the courier for re-delivery, subject to their policies and availability. Please note that some couriers may charge additional re-delivery fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility. To avoid failed deliveries, ensure your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Be sure to provide your order number, photos of the items (if damaged), photo of the packing slip (missing item claims), and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows that your package has been marked as “Delivered,” but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the courier. You will need to provide us with the proof of loss or a formal claim confirmation from the courier. Claims for packages marked as delivered will not be eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to provide additional peace of mind for your order.
Shipping Protection covers:
- Lost packages during transit
- Stolen packages before delivery confirmation
- Packages damaged during transit
If your protected order is affected, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Our team will review your case and, if approved, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
What Shipping Protection Does Not Cover
Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier
- Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Packages redirected or changed after shipmentOrders refused by the customer
Important Notes
- Shipping Protection is optional and available at checkout
- If Shipping Protection is not selected, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit
- All claims are subject to review and approval
Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once the order has been placed, as the protection service is activated immediately after purchase.
