Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size and color, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In resalable condition
- With original tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or human hair

Are return shipping costs covered?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
What items are non-returnable?
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
We’ll review your claim and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund if approved.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit — all refunds are returned to your original payment method only.
