How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Order number
  • Item name(s)
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photo or video showing the issue (required for defective or incorrect items)

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in resalable condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or human hair

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotional
  • Gift cards
  • Replacement items
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
  • Shipping fee
  • Shipping protection fee

Return Shipping

All return items must be shipped to our designated warehouse in China.

  • Please note, we do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Important: We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments without valid tracking proof.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
Approved claims will receive a replacement, exchange, or refund, at our discretion.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.We do not offer store credit — all refunds are returned to your original payment method only.

Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned incomplete or not in original condition.


Exchanges

Once your return is received and approved, exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the replacement item ships.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
